Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States. If you live in another country, please contact us.  Let us know your location. We would be happy to see if it is possible to organize shipping to you.

How Long will it take for my order to arrive? 

We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed. 

Delivery times to the US usually take 10-30 business days. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

How can I track my order?                        

Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will appear on your order details. You will receive an email with the tracking number. Using the tracking number provided, simply visit the "Track Your Order" page located on both the header and footer of the website. Enter your tracking number in the space provided to view the status of your shipment, as well as it's current location.

What happens if the estimated delivery time passed and I still have not receive my order?

How do I cancel/return an item? 

If you place an order by mistake or want to change something, please email us as soon as you can at We're usually pretty quick to start processing orders, and once we've started, we can no longer cancel your order. In this case, you will, unfortunately, have to wait for your order to arrive, email us to arrange a returns request, and then send it back to the address we give you. So, please be as quick as you can to email us! If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with images of the product and any damage incurred. We will do our best to resolve the problem!



I have a discount code; how do I use it?

Once you have added items to your cart, simply visit the checkout and enter your discount code in the space provided before confirming your payment details. The percentage you have saved will be reflected in the final price.

How many times can I use a discount code?

Most discount codes are limited to one use per customer, unless otherwise specified.
